Winter Swim Clinic with Coach Niki Alvarez:

This is an eight week swim clinic for triathletes. The clinic will provide proper stroke and technique instruction while establishing a progression for endurance and speed training. The first few sessions will consist of in depth technique instruction to provide a base for freestyle competency. Each session thereafter will begin with technique but will gradually move to endurance and speed training to provide examples of key workouts for triathlon training. There is limited space available. Only ten spots are being sold.

Nikis' Bio :

‎ Niki Alvarez is the assistant men's and women's swim coach and also head of the distance swimming program for both the men and women at FAU. She is a USA Triathlon Level I certified coach and a 4 x USA Triathlon All American. She is CPR, Coaches Safety Training, First Aid , Lifeguard, and USA Swimming certified.
